EU E-Commerce Coordinator (full-time, hybrid)

As part of our ongoing expansion in the European market, we are looking for an EU E-commerce Coordinator to support our sales and marketing efforts across various e-commerce platforms. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to help shape our e-commerce strategies and drive market growth.

Your Role

As an EU Ecommerce Coordinator, you will support the Key Account Managers in various e-commerce activities to improve sales performance. A key part of your job will be developing and maintaining a supply tracker and forecast tool, helping to ensure that stock levels match market demand. You will also analyze competitor promotions, providing insights and recommendations that will help MSI strengthen its market position.

Your work will involve coordinating with different teams to distribute sales materials, both internally and to customers. You will also be responsible for handling important documentation, submitting forms, and following up to ensure all necessary approvals and responses are completed on time.

Additionally, you will help prepare and distribute meeting notes and reports, ensuring that key decisions and action points are clearly communicated across teams. By working with sales-related data, you will help assess performance indicators and contribute to optimizing MSI’s e-commerce strategy. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth communication, organization, and support within the sales team.

What We’re Looking For

  • HBO-level education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; Amazon experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
