HR Officer
Main Objectives
As an HR Officer for Mystar (MSI), you will be the central point of contact for employees and management. Your role involves providing support in various HR matters, including recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling. You will ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment, working closely with a dedicated HR team consisting of a Senior Salary Administrator and an HR Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Personnel Administration: Maintain accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in Afas Profit.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the onboarding process.
- Training/Workshops: Conduct induction training for new employees and training for existing employees (e.g., Wet Poortwachter).
- HR Projects: Assist in various HR projects, including the Personnel Engagement Plan, Performance Cycle, and Employee Benefits.
You will report directly to the HR Manager.
Induction Program
Start your journey with a comprehensive induction program, including various trainings to familiarize yourself with the company, MSI products, and markets.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- MBO+ or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational Consumer Electronics industry.
- Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Profound knowledge of AFAS.
