To strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for an enthusiastic:

Logistics Employee (Inbound) – Full-time

Your role

As a Logistics Employee, you will be part of a team of five colleagues within a larger logistics team of 13. Together, you ensure that incoming goods are processed quickly and efficiently while handling all related administrative tasks. Your role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Every day, you will be coordinating the inbound flow of goods. This involves providing customs clearance instructions to import forwarders and ensuring all necessary documentation is checked and processed correctly. You will closely monitor shipments, track their status, and ensure timely arrivals. Additionally, you will arrange transport for customers via drop shipments and efficiently schedule inbound shipments.

Beyond logistics, you will also take care of the administrative side of inbound operations. This includes verifying and processing transportation and duty invoices, managing return shipments, and keeping our systems updated. Your tasks will include:

  • Creating shipment overviews in the system.
  • Keeping shipment details updated, such as ETD, ATD, ETA, and ATA.
  • Archiving important documents like waybills, invoices, packing lists, and proof of delivery (PODs).
  • Recording any incoming damages and monitoring KPI performance for freight forwarders.
  • Reporting claims for damaged or missing shipments.
  • Making bookings in the system.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with at least an MBO-level education or equivalent experience. A good command of English is essential, and Dutch is a plus. Experience in logistics administration is preferred, but if you’re a fast learner with strong organizational skills, you’ll do well in this role.

Ideally, you live in the Eindhoven/Helmond area for easy access to our office in Son/Helmond. You should be able to provide a VOG and professional references.

Who You Are

At MSI, we embrace three core values: Teamwork, Passion, and Execution. We’re looking for a team player with strong communication skills who takes initiative and ownership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle stress well, and enjoy finding solutions. Flexibility, a proactive mindset, and enthusiasm are key to succeeding in this role.

What we offer

At MSI, you’ll be part of an international, informal, and dynamic work environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. In addition to a competitive salary based on your experience and skills, we offer:

  • Regular team-building activities.
  • Travel allowance.
  • Pension plan.
  • Access to an on-site fitness facility.

Interested? We’d love to hear from you!
