What will you do?

As a crucial member of our team, you'll dive into the heart of our operations, overseeing the seamless administrative processing of outbound goods. Your day-to-day adventures will include:

• Crafting and organizing outgoing orders with precision.
• Liaising with sales, carriers, and customers to ensure flawless communication.
• Vigilantly monitoring outgoing shipments to guarantee timely delivery.
• Orchestrating transportation arrangements for our valued customers.
• Coordinating pickup schedules with carriers for efficient logistics.
• Mastering the art of reviewing transportation invoices and seeking the best offers.
• Skillfully preparing export documents, including vital customs paperwork.

But that's not all! You'll also:

• Foster collaboration with customers, sales, and other departments to streamline processes.
• Tackle administrative tasks with finesse, from archiving documents to managing claims in our ERP system.

What do we ask of you?

We're seeking a dedicated professional who can commit to a full-time role (40 hours per week) and bring:

• A solid educational background or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (preferred).
• Residency in the vibrant region of Son (NL).
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) to uphold our standards.
