Your Role: Office Administrator (Part Time)

As an Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone organized and proactive, eager to support a dynamic, international team while gaining hands-on experience in office management and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office inventory, coordinate with vendors, and support daily facilities operations.
  • Handle light bookkeeping, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide administrative support across cross-functional teams.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian (spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
  • Experience in office coordination or administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred.
